BowronRiver

The Bowron is a beautiful river with some pleasant floats using a pontoon boat or kayak. The river has a good population of mountain whitefish that gorw up to 18-inches. There are also many rainbow trout, but they are smaller, in the 9- to 14-inch range. There are also a few bull trout in the system.

A 9-foot 4-weight fly rod is ideal for the mountain whitefish and rainbow trout in this river.
